The specific deliverables, timelines, and milestones will be detailed in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Proposal. Any services not explicitly listed in the SOW are considered out of scope.

  • Maintain consistent communication throughout the project.

  • Act in good faith and not intentionally cause unreasonable delays.

  • Supply high-resolution logos, brand assets, and project-specific content (images/text) in a timely manner.

  • Appoint a primary point of contact for approvals.

  • Accuracy of Information: The Client is responsible for the accuracy of all technical information provided regarding their trade services.

  • Delays the project intentionally or through neglect,

  • The money-back guarantee becomes null and void, and the client will remain responsible for all fees incurred up to that point.

  • Design Phase Refunds: Clients may request a refund only during the design phase of a website development project. Once the client has approved the design and we have entered the development phase, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  • Development Phase: By proceeding past the design approval, the client acknowledges and agrees that the project is non-refundable due to the time, resources, and custom work involved.

All marketing packages require a minimum of 30 days’ written notice for cancellation. Notice must be submitted via email to your account manager or our support team.

  • Changes, revisions beyond the specified rounds, or feature requests not included in the original proposal will be treated as additional work.

  • By making payment, you automatically accept these Terms & Conditions.

  • A deposit is required as outlined in your proposal or invoice.

  • Payment schedules and milestones will be defined in your agreement.

  • All payments are non-refundable after the refundable phase ends (see Section 4).

  • Invoices not paid by the due date will incur a 1.5% monthly late fee (18% annualized) or the maximum permitted by law, whichever is lower.

  • A 7-day grace period applies before late fees are charged.

  • If payment remains unpaid for more than 30 days, King Contractor Agency reserves the right to suspend work until the outstanding balance is settled.

  • Accounts that remain unpaid after 60 days may be sent to collections or pursued through legal action. The client is responsible for any collection costs and legal fees incurred.

  • Outstanding balances are due regardless of project delays caused by the client.

  • Once the website is completed and live, a recurring hosting fee of $99 per month will be automatically invoiced and is due monthly unless otherwise specified.

  • Loss of revenue or data due to third-party outages (hosting, Google, etc.)

  • Fluctuations in search engine rankings (SEO).

  • Delays caused by client non-responsiveness.

  • Loss of profits, business interruptions, or indirect damages.

  • Outcomes resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed client input.

  • The Client’s failure to close leads provided through marketing efforts.

  • Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client to the Agency in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming in which Korvus Agency is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
