The specific deliverables, timelines, and milestones will be detailed in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Proposal. Any services not explicitly listed in the SOW are considered out of scope.

Provide all requested materials, content, and feedback within seven business days of each request.
Maintain consistent communication throughout the project.
Act in good faith and not intentionally cause unreasonable delays.
Supply high-resolution logos, brand assets, and project-specific content (images/text) in a timely manner.

Accuracy of Information: The Client is responsible for the accuracy of all technical information provided regarding their trade services.

The money-back guarantee becomes null and void, and the client will remain responsible for all fees incurred up to that point.

At Korvus Agency, we are committed to delivering high-quality services and ensuring client satisfaction. To maintain fairness and transparency, we have outlined our refund and cancellation policy below.

Every new client is eligible for a 7-day trial. If you choose to cancel within this 7-day period (starting the moment you subscribe), you will receive an 80% refund of your initial subscription fee.
Due to the custom and digital nature of the services provided, all payments made to Korvus agency are generally non-refundable.
Refund requests, if any, are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and granted solely at Korvus Agency's discretion. Under no circumstances shall Client be entitled to a refund for work that has already been completed, delivered, requested, or substantially performed prior to the refund request.
If Korvus Agency elects to issue a refund, such refund shall be limited exclusively to the unused portion of the current subscription period, as determined by Korvus Agency in its sole discretion. For clarity, Clients are not eligible for full or prorated refunds after substantially utilizing the subscription during a billing cycle.
By submitting design requests, communicating feedback, receiving deliverables, or otherwise utilizing the services during a billing period, Client acknowledges and agrees that the subscription has been actively used and that the corresponding portion of services rendered is non-refundable.
In the event a refund is granted, all rights to any work produced by Korvus Agency during the applicable service period shall immediately revert to Korvus Agency, and Client shall cease all use of such materials unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Non-refundable payment processing fees, including but not limited to Stripe fees, shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
Korvus Agency reserves the right to suspend or terminate services and refuse refunds in cases of abuse, excessive refund requests, chargeback threats, or violations of these Terms.

Duration: Subscriptions may remain paused for up to [90 / 180] consecutive days. If a paused account is not reactivated within this period, it may automatically convert to a cancelled status.

Loss of revenue or data due to third-party outages (hosting, Google, etc.)
Fluctuations in search engine rankings (SEO).
Delays caused by client non-responsiveness.
Loss of profits, business interruptions, or indirect damages.
Outcomes resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed client input.
The Client’s failure to close leads provided through marketing efforts.
Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client to the Agency in the 3 months preceding the claim.
